1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using products and services provided by B. Luxe Digital, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at bluxedigital.com and all related domains (equitai.solutions, equitai.cloud, equitai.pro, equitai.blog, equitai.agency), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

3. Products and Services

B. Luxe Digital offers digital products and services including but not limited to:

• Digital Downloads — eBooks, frameworks, planners, journals, and templates
• AI Skill Packs — Pre-built AI workflows and prompt systems (AI CEO Suite™, Industry Packs)
• API Services — EquitAI Skills API subscriptions with tiered access levels
• Consulting Services — Brand strategy, AI implementation, and business consulting
• Educational Programs — EquitAI curriculum and training materials

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We use Stripe as our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Subscriptions: API subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

One-Time Purchases: Digital products are charged once at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Digital Downloads: All sales of digital downloads are final. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds on digital downloads. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue.
• API Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, we will issue a full refund.
• Consulting Services: Refund terms are specified in individual service agreements.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at admin@bluxedigital.com within 14 days of the charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, products, skill packs, frameworks, and methodologies are the intellectual property of B. Luxe Digital, LLC. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own business purposes.

You may: Use purchased products in your own business, modify outputs for your use, share results (not the product itself) with clients.

You may not: Resell, redistribute, or share the product files. Create derivative products for sale based on our frameworks. Claim authorship of our methodologies.

7. API Terms

Use of the EquitAI Skills API is subject to:

• Rate limits as specified by your subscription tier
• Acceptable use — no abusive, harmful, or illegal use of AI-generated outputs
• API keys are personal and non-transferable
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Uptime is provided on a best-effort basis; no SLA guarantees unless specified in an enterprise agreement

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, income, or outcomes from using our products. AI-generated content should be reviewed by the user before professional use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B. Luxe Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore, Maryland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
