Digital Product Purchases
All digital products (eBooks, frameworks, skill packs, journals, templates) are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods:
- All sales are final. Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be "returned."
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days at admin@bluxedigital.com and we will resolve the access issue.
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours and we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
API Subscription Plans
EquitAI API subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) are billed monthly:
- Cancel anytime — No long-term commitment. Cancel through your account dashboard or email us.
- 7-day money-back guarantee — If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you'll receive a full refund.
- After 7 days — No refunds for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Downgrades — Take effect at the start of the next billing period. No partial refunds for the current period.
- Upgrades — Take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference.
Industry Skill Pack Purchases
One-time skill pack purchases (Education, Healthcare, Legal, etc.):
- All sales are final once skill pack access is delivered.
- If a pack does not contain the skills described on the product page, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Consulting & Custom Services
Consulting and custom project refund terms are specified in individual service agreements signed before work begins.
Bundle Purchases
Bundle deals (Starter, Professional, Enterprise, Lifetime) follow the same policy as individual pack purchases — all sales final, with a 14-day product-accuracy guarantee.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund:
- Email admin@bluxedigital.com
- Include your order number or the email used for purchase
- Describe the issue
- We'll respond within 24-48 business hours
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're real people and we want to resolve any issues directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
